LVNWWDA at the Kitale ASK show

From 26th to 28th October, Lake Victoria North Water Works Development Agency joined other institutions in Kitale for the annual Agricultural Society of Kenya Show held at the Kitale Showground. The exhibition stand was manned by the Corporate Communication Division led by the manager Corporate Communications- Mr. Tom Musungu. Also present was the Principal Corporate Communications Officer- Frank Owen, Assistant Corporate Communications Officer, Fransisca Ochieng and the NZOWASCO team. The Chairman Board of Directors Hon. Julius Bakasa Wasike, HSC, Director Anne Chilande and Ag. CEO Eng. Gongi SP visited too.

Sharing the exhibition stand with NZOWASCO, the 3-day activity enabled the team to showcase to the public the IEC materials containing projects status amongst other operations. Additionally, the NZOWASCO technical team exhibited the sewerage and water treatment processes.

Besides being a platform for communicating with external stakeholders regarding our operations in our areas of jurisdiction, the ASK show enabled the team to address inquiries and complaints brought forward thus improving for quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
