Subsequently, the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation appointed him as the Board\u2019s Chairman from 7th August 2023.<br><br>He is a civic education specialist with a BA in Literature and History. He is a managing partner at the Performance Training Centre and a board member of the ACME Development Organisation (NGO).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"modal-style-1342-1221\" class=\"awsm-modal-item awsm-scale-anm awsm-modal-hidden awsm-all \" data-info=\"1221\">\n\t<div id=\"awsm-member-info-1342-1221\" class=\"awsm-modal-content\">\n\t\t<div class=\"awsm-modal-content-main\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"awsm-image-main\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" src=\"https:\/\/peakanddale.co.ke\/lvnnwda\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Rectangle-3-2-500x500.png\" class=\"attachment-awsm_team size-awsm_team wp-post-image\" alt=\"\" \/>\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"awsm-modal-details\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"awsm-modal-content-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Chief Executive Officer<\/h3><h2>Joel M. Wamalwa<\/h2>\n<p>He was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of Lake Victoria North Water Works Development Agency with effect from 27th November 2023. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Makerere University and a Master\u2019s Degree in Environmental Planning from the UoN.
