Across Africa, millions of women are the backbone of agriculture growing food, running enterprises, and driving progress in their communities. Yet many face barriers that limit their potential: unequal access to markets, financing, and opportunities to learn or connect. VALUE4HER was created to change that story.
An initiative of AGRA, VALUE4HER is building a continent-wide movement of women agripreneurs who are transforming Africa’s agriculture one business at a time. Through mentorship, finance, trade, technology, and knowledge, the platform provides the tools and networks women need to grow stronger, scale sustainably, and lead Africa’s agricultural transformation.
