Celebrated annually on the first full week of October since 1987, Customer service week is an international celebration that seeks to acknowledge the importance of customer service and the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis.

With this years’ theme being ‘Celebrate Service’, LVNWWDA marked the celebrations by appreciating its internal and external customers with rose flowers and sweets. External customers e.g., contractors, suppliers were appreciated for their continuous support towards the agency.’

The exercise was spearhead by staff from the corporate communications division. They decorated the entrance to the CEO’s office and set up a customer service desk to receive visitors. Additionally, visitors were able to leave their remarks on the visitors’ books. The agency also shared celebratory messages to its stakeholders on social media platforms.
