Preliminary design for the Port Victoria-Sisenye-Budalangi-Rwambwa Water Supply Project has been completed.
The proposed scope of the project includes Expansion of Port Victoria and Sisenye Water Supply system by construction of additional system of capacities 6800m3/day and 3,900m3/day respectively.
The project is estimated to cost is Kshs 900 Million. The project currently awaits funding.

management of the public water works within its area of jurisdiction which comprises six (6) counties of Bungoma, Kakamega, Vihiga, Busia, Trans – Nzoia and Nandi. The WSPs licensed by WASREB for direct provision of water and sanitation services within this areas of coverage
